Shop Return and Cancellation Policy

At RevMatch, we will provide the best custom support when purchasing from our store. The following is RevMatch's shop return and cancellation Policy when using the RevMatch platform.

REFUNDS

In the event that you would like to receive a refund for the product you have purchased send us an email at contact@revmatch.io

Please submit all proper documentation including receipt or proof of purchase, images of damaged product, and other supporting documentation.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have occurred since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable. Once a return has been received, our department will inspect the part to ensure it is eligible for return.

Damage claims must be reported within 24-48 hours upon receiving.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (indicated on the product page)
  • Custom Built Orders
  • Wheel & Tire Packages
  • Special Order Items: Special Order items include those that are custom made for the customer or are specifically for the customer’s vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or must be paid in full at the time of order. Once the deposit / payment in full is received from the customer the deposit / payment in full becomes non-refundable. Special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on any special order parts.
  • Items that are installed or altered in any way
  • Clearance or scratch and dent items
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCELLATION

Please call our staff at 201.546.0122 during our office hours to cancel an order within 18 hours. We process your order electronically. Therefore, your order may be processed when you ‘complete purchase’. Please contact us immediately at 201.546.0122 if you wish to change or cancel your order. Do not assume we will see your e-mail in time as we get hundreds of e-mail messages per day. We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order, but cannot guarantee cancellation.

Due to the cost of processing refunds, there will be a 5% cancellation fee on all orders placed but canceled prior to shipping. This does not apply to returns & exchanges. Please refer to returns & exchanges if your order has already shipped.

Your order must be confirmed by a RevMatch customer service representative if it has not shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer or distributor. Once confirmed, you will be issued a credit or refund minus cancellation fees within 7 business days.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
