Our support team is available 7 days a week, including event days. You can also manage refunds, transfers, and ticket edits directly from your organizer dashboard — no need to email us for routine tasks.
Yes — free events are fully supported with no platform fees. You only pay when you sell paid tickets. Premium add-ons like judging tools, QR code decal packets, and white-glove onboarding are available at an additional cost.
Disputes are handled between the customer and the event organizer — RevMatch is not a party to those transactions. That said, we've got your back: we provide full transaction records, timestamped activity logs, and all documentation needed to support your case in a dispute or chargeback.
