The RevMatch SaaS Events Platform ("the Service") includes all products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software designed for car enthusiast event hosts. By utilizing the SaaS tool, the Client (Event Host) agrees to these terms, which prioritize a positive, inclusive, and secure community. RevMatch reserves the right to monitor and remove any User-Generated Content (UGC) that violates our zero-tolerance policies regarding harassment, abuse, or illegal material.
The RevMatch SaaS Events Platform provides digital infrastructure to facilitate event management and ticket distribution for car enthusiast event hosts. The Service includes tiered admission features including General Admission, Vehicle Admissions (with manual approval workflows), and Vendor Admissions.
RevMatch acts as an agent for the Client, providing the digital infrastructure to facilitate event management and ticket distributions.
The Client grants RevMatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Client's event name, logo, and event photography on the RevMatch website and marketing materials to identify the Client as a user of the Service.
As a car-focused platform, any vehicle imagery uploaded during registration grants RevMatch a worldwide license to use such content for promotional reasons across social media and marketing channels, attributed to the user or event where feasible.
The core platform — including ticket management, vehicle registration, and event management tools — is provided free of charge to the Client. For every ticket sold, the following fees apply:
The Client is the seller of record and is solely responsible for determining if any sales, use, or entertainment taxes apply to ticket sales. The Client warrants compliance with all local, state, and federal tax laws.
Upon Client configuration, RevMatch acts as a limited collection agent to facilitate tax collection at checkout. RevMatch will pass collected tax funds to the Client via Stripe payouts. The onus is entirely on the Client to file and remit these funds to the proper authorities. RevMatch does not provide tax advice and is not liable for miscalculations or failure to remit by the Client.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the Client is responsible for notifying all ticket holders. RevMatch will maintain the validity of original tickets for the new date unless directed otherwise. RevMatch acts only as a facilitator; the decision to cancel or move an event rests solely with the Client.
All refund policies are determined by the Client. RevMatch facilitates the refund process through the Stripe dashboard at the Client's direction. RevMatch and Stripe service fees are non-refundable, as the service of processing the initial transaction was completed.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, RevMatch does not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free during peak ticket "drops" or venue check-ins. RevMatch is not responsible for cancellations resulting from venue disputes, weather, or government orders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevMatch's total liability shall not exceed the total Service Fees retained by us from the Client's event in the three months preceding a claim.
RevMatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if the Client:

This Data Usage & Security policy governs how RevMatch collects, uses, and protects information generated through the Events Platform. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.
RevMatch has permission to show which users are attending or "following" the host's events to build community engagement without compensation to the host. If a host deletes an event, the license ends, though data might persist in backups or if it was shared by attendees previously.
Any media submitted by users during vehicle registration grants RevMatch a worldwide license to use such content for promotional reasons, attributed to the user/event.
RevMatch collects device attributes and usage data to combat bot-driven "scalping" and ensure platform security. RevMatch reserves the right to update features as needed.
While you retain ownership of your specific event brand, by using the Service, you grant RevMatch a perpetual, royalty-free, and sub-licensable license to use the data and content generated on the platform to operate, promote, and improve our services as we deem necessary for the growth of the RevMatch community.

RevMatch™ facilitates ticket sales between event organizers and attendees. Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer's refund settings at the time of purchase.
Each event organizer sets their own refund policy when creating an event. Attendees should review the refund policy displayed on the event page before purchasing. RevMatch honors and enforces the organizer's stated policy.
RevMatch platform fees ($1.25 + 1.99% per ticket) are non-refundable in all cases. Stripe payment processing fees are also non-refundable per Stripe's terms.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, attendees are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (excluding non-refundable fees). RevMatch will facilitate refund processing through Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Disputes between attendees and organizers are handled between those parties. RevMatch is not a party to the transaction and is not liable for disputes. However, we will provide all transaction records, timestamped logs, and documentation needed to support dispute resolution or chargebacks.
For refund-related questions, contact the event organizer directly. For platform-related issues, reach us at contact@revmatch.io.

RevMatch uses Stripe as our secure payment processor. Your financial data is protected by industry-leading encryption and security standards.
When you make a purchase on our platform, your payment details (such as credit card information) are processed and stored by Stripe, not by us. We do not have access to your full credit card number or other sensitive payment details. Stripe securely stores and tokenizes this information to authorize future payments, such as ticket purchases, vendor fees, or other event-related charges you approve.
All transactions are encrypted and subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can review them at stripe.com/privacy.
Revenue is paid out daily via Stripe Connect — you get paid as tickets sell, not after the event wraps. Funds land in your connected bank account automatically on a rolling daily basis, with full transaction visibility, refund handling, and exportable reports built right in.
If you use our Products for purchases or other financial transactions, we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes payment information such as your credit or debit card number and other card information; other account and authentication information; and billing, shipping, and contact details.
For payment-related questions or disputes, contact us at contact@revmatch.io.
